Nasos is a passionate Tai Chi and Qigong certified Teacher, dedicating the last 15 years developing his teaching methods and furthering his knowledge in Tai Chi & Qigong. He has studied Tai Chi and Qigong in his native homeland Greece and after in China his Yang Style TaiChi technique, from his teacher Master James Fu Qing Quan and different Qigong techniques.

Besides his passion for teaching Tai Chi and Chi Kung, Nasos believes that a healthy attitude to food and exercise and continual personal development has helped him to rebuild his future, giving clarity to his mind and to go back to his true self. In today’s fast pace western world, his dream is to help others to manage the demands and stresses of everyday life through the principles of the beautiful art of Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
