Nasos is a passionate Tai Chi and Chi Kung Practitioner, dedicating the last 8 years developing his teaching methods and furthering his knowledge in Tai Chi and Chi Kung. He has studied Tai Chi and Chi Kung in his native homeland Greece and China, developing his Yang Style technique from teachers from the line of Master James Fu and different Chi Kung techniques from Master Bruce Frantzis and other teachers. In his late teens he was a promising Basketball athlete, however he was devastated when injury ended his career. He lost sight of his true self and to fill the void, spent many years unhealthy and suffering from continuous chest problems from smoking and drinking. In his 30's he decided to take control of his health, quit smoking and retrain in his passion of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Physical Fitness and Healthy Living.
As well as a Tai Chi and Chi Kung teacher, Nasos is also a Personal trainer and a Juice Therapist. He completed his juice therapist training at the Jason Vale, Juice Master Academy and more recently gained a diploma in Master herbalism. Besides his passion for teaching Tai Chi and Chi Kung, Nasos believes that a healthy attitude to food and exercise and continual personal development has helped him to rebuild his future, giving clarity to his mind and to go back to his true self. In today’s fast pace western world, his dream is to help others to manage the demands and stresses of everyday life through the principles of the beautiful art of Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
